My Buyer Rebates Explained
My Buyer Rebates are from my Commission. You get 1/2 of 1% of the selling price of the home, as a credit at closing. This assumes the Builder pays the normal 3% Buyer Broker Commissions.
In order for me to represent you as a Buyer's Agent, we must go together on your 1st visit to the Builder and we register both of us with the builder. If you have already registered with that builder, then I cannot represent you.
Having your own Real Estate Agent represent you, usually benefits you, either in price concessions or added option concessions without charge. The Builders all have these concessions built into their pricing, so why not take advantage of it.
